The policy and resourcing of telehealth will decide the way telehealth is placed within the COVID-19 framework. Flinders University conducted an investigation to survey health professionals about their experiences using Telehealth during COVID-19. Telehealth services were embraced in Australia in the early days of the epidemic. This allows physicians and healthcare professionals to communicate over the telephone or via online with patients. This was done to lower the risk of transmission. This program is especially beneficial for communities in remote and rural areas that may not have access to traditional medical services.

Flinders University researchers Dr Paul Ward and Dr Hailay Absrha Geosesew Prof Anthony Maeder Professor Hailay Absrha Gesesew, and Dr Alan Taylor conducted a survey of 91 healthcare professionals in order to assess their experience using the use of telehealth. The advantages of legalizing telehealth as a service mode, increased confidence in the delivery of services and the increase in financial and human resources are all acknowledged by clinicians.

"While many physicians believed that the move to Telehealth was prompted due to the epidemic," said Dr Alan Taylor, who is a leading author at Flinders University and a member of the Australian Telehealth Society Committee.

Dr. Taylor stated that it is impossible to predict if telehealth will survive the pandemic. The funding future for telehealth services is influenced by the complex mix of clinical and policy practices. Dr Alan Taylor also managed a project to create an international standard for the provision of telehealth services. Dr Taylor stated that international standards are an important part of world trade in goods, services, and with the increasing use of telehealth services, it is crucial to maintain the quality of telehealth services subject to ISO/TR 11633-2:2021 Health informatics-Information security management for remote maintenance of medical devices and medical information systems. These guidelines will be extremely helpful to healthcare providers, such as primary care physicians who wish to use risk management to set quality targets and create guidelines for operating telehealth services. Quality management in health care via telehealth
Management of strategic and operation processes in relation to regulations and knowledge management (best methods and guidelines).
Healthcare processes that are related to people include planning, activities related to healthcare and the responsibilities

The provision and planning for infrastructure, human resources facilities, human resources, and technological resources.
